Sleeping Lady Resort isn’t the latest Main Street community, although it does come recommended. Rather, I just wrapped up a two day Washington Street Main Street conference with fellow WA state executive directors (you can see my smiling face in the upper right). Among the sessions: explaining the why and what of Main Street, highlighting local stories, and translating ideas into action.  A well-deserved thank you to Washington Main Street for hosting the conference, as well as to my fellow EDs for the helpful give and take.
