In order to accommodate a growing waitlist, we recently added a new vendor area for Rhubarb Days located in the parking area that connects Kincaid Ave and Alder Ave (and in the alley behind the businesses on the south-side of Main Street). We’re excited to be able to open this section, and welcome more vendors to Rhubarb Days in the process, as it will complete the circular walking path for visitors, bringing 2-way traffic to every vendor along the path! Subsequent evaluations will continue on the 1st of every month following, with notice by the 10th. No applications accepted after June 1, 2023. Items not used in the operation of your booth need to be taken off-site; do not leave merchandise packaging and/or cardboard boxes in any area outside your space, including behind/near existing building and/or the food plaza area. All garbage needs to be taken to the appropriate receptacle. Prior to departure, each vendor must also ensure their booth space has been appropriately cleaned and is free of debris. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a clean-up assessment of $100.00. In addition, you may be denied participation for future SMSA events. As an event, we do not allow the sale of items featuring nudity, foul language, inappropriate content and/or political content. I have read and agree to the ‘Representation’ sectionACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:(Required)While participating in SMSA’s Rhubarb Days, we ask that you adhere to the rules and guidelines established in this agreement and conduct yourself in a manner that ensures our attendees have a positive experience. Failure to comply could result in the vendor being asked to leave the event premises. If the vendor refuses to vacate, the vendor booth/trailer will be removed at the expense of the owner; in addition, the vendor will be prohibited from future SMSA events. If a vendor departs before the event has ended, she/he may be denied acceptance into future SMSA events. No “roving” sales allowed.
